09 May Downtown Building Opportunity
Downtown building in Bowman, North Dakota available for purchase and development. A request for proposal (RFP) will be officially released by Bowman County Development Corporation (BCDC) on May 11, 2022. The RFP focuses on unique adds to Bowman’s Main Street. The intent of the sale is to see the property utilized and sold to a business that meets the economic development priorities laid out in the newly adopted Bowman County Strategic Growth Plan.
Proposals will be accepted for the purchase and development of prime Main Street frontage property located in the heart of Bowman’s downtown district. BCDC’s intent is to sell the property to an interested party, conditioned upon an approved building development plan that meets Bowman County’s goals for revitalizing the downtown area. Bowman County offers a wide range of incentives for businesses.
