Building Bowman County

Now Accepting Applications

We’re inviting residents from Bowman, Rhame, Scranton, and across Bowman County to join Building Bowman County, a new community advisory group created to strengthen communication between residents and the Bowman County Development Corporation (BCDC).

This group will meet quarterly to share ideas, identify needs, and help shape priorities and projects that make our communities great places to live, work, and raise families. We’re looking for people from all walks of life — parents, students, retirees, volunteers, business owners, and anyone who wants to see Bowman County thrive.

The first meeting, planned for early December, will include discussion of BCDC’s 2026 Work Plan and an open conversation about future opportunities across the county.

Applications are open October 21 – November 7.
