Teran is the Executive Director and has been with the office since 2008. With a business degree and years of experience in various roles at Bowman County Development Corporation, Teran has been instrumental in expanding the services available to Bowman County and its businesses. Her growth-focused mindset drives efforts to attract investment and strengthen business and community relationships. Teran efficiently manages the office, oversees personnel and contracts, and leads key projects, all while representing Bowman County on both the state and local boards. Her leadership and vision continue to shape the region’s ongoing success and development.
Kate Buer
Executive Coordinator

Kate is the Executive Coordinator and has been with the team since 2022. She plays a crucial role in managing operations and coordinating programs. Known for her leadership and attention to detail, Kate helps organize large events, such as State of Region 8, BCDC’s Annual Meeting, and Fusion, as well as manages several key initiatives, including workforce programs, Play It Forward, and childcare programs. She is also the main point of contact for many business relationships and boards, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Her dedication and efficiency make her an invaluable resource to both the team and the community.

Event and Community Relations Assistant

Megan is the Event and Community Relations Assistant and has been with the office since 2024. With a passion for building strong community connections and creating impactful events, she plays a key role in organizing and executing community engagement initiatives. She plays a big part in continuing to build and create relationships with businesses. She plays a key role for the Chamber, being one of the main points of contact and works closely with the board to put on key events for Bowman County.
