With a business degree and 13 years in different capacities at BCDC, her continued growth mindset has helped in expanding the services offered to Bowman County and its businesses. Teran promotes growth and investment in Bowman County while encouraging busines and community relations. She also manages the office, personnel, contracts, and oversees all projects while representing Bowman County in state and local boards.
Shelby Kinkade

Bringing her business and communication degrees to our business community, she handles financial operations, office procedures, and operations. She also facilitates contractual duties for the fairgrounds and operates as the administrative lead for Bowman Area Chamber of Commerce.
Brooklyn Engelhart

With a degree in graphic design and public relations she brings an edge of creativity and inspiration to all of our projects. Brooklyn creates content, design, and branding for print and digital marketing for BCDC and all supported partners. She also promotes growth in Bowman County’s tourism industry and focuses on quality of life and community development through events like Festival of Lights.

Raised in this great county, her business degree and a heart for helping others benefits start ups and existing businesses. Laura provides Small Business Development Center services for Adams, Slope, and Bowman Counties. She also focuses on bringing quality education to the businesses and youth of Bowman County.

Kate assists in our economic and community development programs and projects. She takes on high-level administrative tasks and is instrumental in key projects.
