About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can effectively manage projects, implement creative solutions for local businesses, and seek to recruit new business to Bowman County. You’ll work closely with the Executive Director to accomplish economic development goals for Bowman County. If friends would describe you as a passionate, creative thinker with the determination to see things through you’ll be an excellent fit here.

 

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day

  • Create new programs, projects, and incentives for Bowman County
  • Create and assist with workforce and youth education programs
  • Build key relationships with other developers
  • Lead grant writing efforts
  • Manage a workforce development conference
  • Constantly seek new ways to help Bowman County be the best it can be

 

Here’s what we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
  • Excellent project management experience and skills
  • Interest in the mission of BCDC and its supported partners
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at a time
  • Ability to network and build relationships with local, state, and regional contacts
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions
