Benefit Package:
Salary: Base is $3800 month; 6 mo probation period; salary may be adjusted according to experience;
Family Health Insurance Plan: Employee pays $9.62 a month
Retirement: City pays 13.26% of Retirement; Employee pays 2%
Life Insurance: City pay for a $7000 Term Life Insurance plan
Vacation Days: 12 days at 1 year Anniversary
Sick Leave Days: 12 days (accumulates 1 day a month)
City Utility Bill: City waives up to $55 a month
Optional at Employees expense: Defr Comp, Vision Plan, Alfac
WATER RATES
$7.00 per thousand gallons
$20.00 per thousand for Bulk Water
The City provides a Water Salesman for the purchase of Bulk Water located at 3rd Ave NE (near the City/County Shop)
SEWER RATES
$11.00 Flat fee- Residential
