• Must have an appointment made online at: DOT.ND.GOV, pick Bowman location and a time.

To obtain a North Dakota operator’s license, you must visit one of the Drivers License and Testing offices. Driving tests can not be done in Bowman.

Written testing is permitted up to one hour prior to noon and one hour prior to closing.
