Our organization is growing and evolving to better serve Bowman County and southwest North Dakota. As our work expands, we’re building a strong, collaborative team and are currently hiring for three roles that support business development, tourism and community vitality, and internal operations.

Business Development Coordinator

A new role

This position supports entrepreneurs, small businesses, and communities across southwest North Dakota through direct assistance, project coordination, and outreach. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, organizing projects, and learning new skills while supporting rural innovation.

This leadership role guides tourism promotion, community development initiatives, and external communications. The Director helps tell Bowman County’s story, leads signature projects, and builds strong relationships that enhance quality of life and regional vitality.
