Current Open Positions

Deputy Director

Full-time, exempt | Bowman, North Dakota | Open until filled

Bowman County Development Corporation and Roosevelt Custer Regional Council are seeking a Deputy Director to lead major economic development projects across Bowman County and southwest North Dakota.

The position will help advance housing, infrastructure, business development, regional contracts, and other strategic priorities. It will also coordinate complex work across staff and partners, represent the organizations publicly, and gradually assume supervisory responsibilities over time.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced project, business, government, nonprofit, or community leader who is ready to grow into broader organizational leadership. Direct economic development and formal supervisory experience are helpful, but not required.
