15 Aug Block Party of the Summer a Success
On July 27, 2023, an estimated 250 people gathered for Rock the Block to enjoy an evening of family fun on Bowman’s Main Street. It was an evening of conversation, dancing, and lots of fun and games for people of all ages.
A total of 15 vendors lined Bowman’s Main Street with food, drinks, games, and more. The evening’s entertainment, Blacklist of Rapid City, South Dakota, kept the crowd going late into the night. A 15-team cornhole tournament for adults and teens was held while inflatables were a hit with the younger generation. “Rock the Block is one of my favorite summer events! There is something for everyone, no matter what age, and seeing all the businesses participate is great” Chamber President Emily Bostyan.
