2023 Fusion – The Power of Purpose

Gearing Up for a Tri-State Workforce Conference

The Fusion Conference in Bowman, North Dakota is an annual conference focusing on building up workforce from entry level to management. The one-day conference on September 14, delivers nationally renowned keynote speakers with in-depth learning opportunities. Since 2017, Fusion has brought together businesses from North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana in a diversity of trades and industries.

This year, Fusion focuses on the Power of Purpose.  When you know your why, you are more passionate about your work and it is filled with meaning. A business investing in purpose leads to an engaged, productive, loyal and happy team able to make informed decisions. Purpose drives businesses, employees, and consumers to live their best lives.

Hitting the Fusion stage are keynote speakers Brant Menswar, Greg Knapp, and Trevor Farnes, along with hand-selected panelists.

Brant encourages audiences to discover their “Black Sheep Values” to enable making decisions with deliberate intention. He will present both a keynote and workshop on transforming your business from the inside out.

Greg’s unique background in psychology, mental health counseling, and behavior therapy comes to stage in his two keynote presentations. He will teach how focusing on what’s vital and eliminating distractions leads to more success in less time as well as how to develop an uncommonly engaged, productive, loyal, and happy team.

Trevor Farnes is the CEO and Co-Founder of MTN OPS, an energy and nutritional product taking the western part of the nation by storm.
