Fusion 2025 Inspires Attendees to Go Beyond Limits

The eighth annual Fusion Conference was held on September 18, 2025, bringing together more than 150 attendees from North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana for a full day of energy, inspiration, and connection.

This year’s theme, Beyond Limits, challenged participants to break through barriers, push past comfort zones, and redefine what is possible. The event featured an outstanding lineup of speakers who brought the theme to life with powerful stories and practical strategies.

Danny Adams, who served as emcee, opened the day with his keynote “Laughter Is Medicine” and later closed the event with “How to Be a Better Teammate.” His blend of humor, storytelling, and heartfelt lessons reminded attendees of the power of joy and collaboration.

Jared “Cappie” Capp inspired attendees with his “Build Weird” sessions, encouraging bold thinking, creative risk-taking, and the courage to challenge convention. His message resonated with those looking to innovate and lead with originality.

Liz Fiedler Mergen delivered her keynote, “The Fertilizer Framework,” guiding participants to identify what fuels growth, eliminate what holds them back, and cultivate resilience and renewal. Her personal journey and practical insights left a lasting impact.

Beyond the sessions, Fusion created space for meaningful networking and relationship-building, strengthening ties among business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community members across the tri-state region.
