Please call or make an appointment with the Planning and Zoning Administrator prior to filling out any of the applications listed below.  Each development proposal is different and may not require all the submittal items that are listed.  Only the Planning and Zoning Administrator and City Engineer may waive requirements.  For your application to be deemed complete and , you must submit the Unified Development Application and the associated Supplemental Application’s.
