It is time to recognize the outstanding businesses and volunteers in Bowman County. Bowman Area Chamber of Commerce’s Chamber Choice Awards is now accepting nominations for Business of the Year and Volunteer of the Year. The Chamber is asking that you, our community, nominate a business or volunteer who went above and beyond in 2024.

The Business of the Year honors a current Chamber business that shows strong leadership in Bowman County and provides a shining example. Previous recipients of this award include Bronson’s Marketplace (2020), Bowman Regional Public Library (2021), Urban Obsession (2022) and Bowman Chiropractic Clinic (2023), Frontier Travel Center (2024).

The Volunteer of the Year honors an individual who leads the way, serving their community by volunteering their time and talents. Previous recipients of this award include Chris Peterson, Josh Buchmann, Edna Paulson, and James Ensign, and Shonda Schwartz.

Honorees will receive a tailored $250 prize package, including a commemorative award, and recognition both in their business and in the media.

Nominations are due by February 28 at 5pm. Nominations can be made by anyone. Nomination forms are available at the chamber office or online at bowmannd.com/chamber/chamber-choice-awards/. Completed nomination forms can be mailed to PO Box 1143, Bowman, ND 58623, emailed to ardis@bowmannd.com, or dropped off at the Chamber office.
