Bowman Theater Fundraiser – 1986 Classic The Money Pit

We will be hosting this event to help fund some equipment updates needed to continue serving our tristate area. Showing the 1986 classic, The Money Pit! (Anyone enjoy our humor? )

We plan to start serving chili at 6pm and also have some children’s games set up. The movie will start at 7:30pm.

We will have a tv set up in the lobby with some little YouTube cartoons or something going to keep kiddos entertained (with supervision) in the event they don’t appreciate the movie as much as their parents.

Ads from or local sponsors will be running from 6 to 7:30 pm. If your business wishes to help sponsor this event, let us know and we’ll get you added.

We will also be looking for local groups or volunteers to help serve food and monitor games. There will be a free will donation bucket for food and another for the movie.

Concessions will be for sale at normal cost. Come eat, come watch the movie, or come for both!

We are a 501(c)(3), so don’t be afraid to give your donation at the till and get a receipt.

If any families or businesses would like to personally sponsor towards the purchase of any particular piece of equipment, we would love to give you recognition for such.

With a fundraising goal of $5,000 to start, we hope to have upgraded/replaced the computer system, popcorn machine, screen, and projector bulb going into next summer in order to provide the best movie experience possible.
