This newly renovated commercial restaurant space offers a prime location at the intersection of US Highway 12 and US Highway 85, with high visibility and consistent local and regional traffic.

  • Timeline and staffing plan
  • Offer details (lease, purchase, or other)
  • Proof of funding and financial documentation
  • Value statement on community/economic impact
  • Resumes of ownership team
  • Three professional references

Proposal Deadline:
May 23, 2025, at 5:00 pm MST

Estimated Rent (if leasing): $3,000/month + utilities
