Southwest Healthcare Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality healthcare in the southwest North Dakota and northwest South Dakota. Our organization is comprised of six facilities which include a 23-bed critical access hospital, a 66 bed long-term care facility, a rural health clinic, visiting nurse services, emergency ambulance service, wellness center, 14 independent senior apartments, and a new 12 unit assisted living facility. Guided by faith-based leadership, we are a family of specialists, each performing a unique service.
