COVID 19 is here. If you are sick or caring for some who is sick what should you do? Check this link.
Download Care19 app for iPhone and Android – or start a Contact Journal. This is a document of Where you have been, when you were there, and who you had close contact. This will help Public Health to contact those that may be exposed if you test positive. A close contact is someone who you are within 6ft or less of that person for 15 minutes or more. By following social distancing your list should be very short. This helps slow the spread. Keep that list short. Continue to Wash those hands, cover your coughs, stay home when your sick and follow the public health guidelines. For more information: Call Southwestern District Health Unit at 701-483-0171.
Did someone at your workplace test positive? Find out here how to disinfect your building.
