Trail Physicians: The Medicine of The Lewis & Clark Expedition @ Pioneer Trails Regional Museum

Park Ranger Darian Kath of Knife River Indian Villages National Historic Site will share a comprehensive overview of the medical practices used during the Lewis & Clark Expedition. From the beginnings of the supplies in Philadelphia in 1803 to the improvisation at the Pacific coast in 1806, Ranger Kath will incorporate their journal writings with a medicine chest of tools and treatments for the time period.

All you have to do is hang it from your shower head using the twine provided and soak in the goodness for a month or more! And when it’s time to say goodbye, these beauties dry up like pros and can double as décor!

Each week, you’ll get to sample a dish made with an egg replacement and one with the classic egg. Your mission? Guess which is which! Recipes will be handed out, and the tasting extravaganza kicks off at 2 PM. Don’t miss out on this egg-citing culinary adventure!

business skills and share their talents with the community.
