Join us after trick-or-treating on Main Street for our 3rd Annual Spooky Wheels & Grill! From 3:30pm-7:00pm, load up on candy from the decorated cars and local businesses located inside the 4 Seasons. Don’t worry about cooking before hitting the town to trick-or-treat and enjoy a burger or hot dog provided by Dakota Territory Car Club & West Plains Inc. for a free will offering.
