Hop on over to the Library every Tuesday in March for a taste-tastic egg swap showdown! We’re whipping up recipes featuring egg substitutes like unsweetened applesauce, flax eggs, tofu, and mashed banana.
Each week, you’ll get to sample a dish made with an egg replacement and one with the classic egg. Your mission? Guess which is which! Recipes will be handed out, and the tasting extravaganza kicks off at 2 PM. Don’t miss out on this egg-citing culinary adventure!
