Bowman County Development Corporation (BCDC) is proud to announce the launch of a new program designed to support the critical role of childcare in our community. The Childcare Workforce Retention Stipend Program aims to help retain skilled childcare professionals by providing stipends in 2024 to all qualifying childcare employees, managers, and owners.
Childcare is a critical component of a thriving workforce. Recognizing this, BCDC is committed to ensuring stability and excellence in childcare services, which in turn supports the broader workforce in Bowman County.
