The seventh annual Fusion Conference in Bowman, ND, held on September 5, was filled with fun, energy, and personal transformation. Over 140 attendees from various industries and professions came together to learn not only how to navigate chaos and change but also how to grow personally, becoming more confident and comfortable in life’s uncertainties.

This year featured a prestigious lineup of keynote speakers, starting with Dan Thurmon, who literally turned our expectations upside down. Dan captivated the audience with juggling, balancing, and acrobatics, all while delivering a powerful keynote and workshop on transforming chaos into personal and professional growth. His energy and unique presentation style had the attendees laughing and engaged, leaving them feeling energized and inspired to take on their challenges with renewed confidence.

Following Dan was Kriss Allard, President of Pride Dairy Inc. Kriss shared a heartfelt keynote about his professional journey and his passion for community-centered leadership. His message of staying true to your roots and building strong teams resonated deeply, offering a practical and inspiring approach to growth through teamwork.

Rich Bracken, who emceed the event, concluded the day with an enlightening keynote on emotional intelligence, empathy, and mental awareness. Rich’s enthusiasm, humor, and storytelling kept attendees fully engaged, and they left with valuable insights into how emotional intelligence can fuel personal and professional transformation.

The powerhouse panel of Megan Oase, Kelvin Hazangwi, and Ben Hetzel shared how grit and growth in the face of uncertainty have shaped their personal and professional lives. Attendees took away practical strategies for building resilience and confidence amidst the chaos of life and work.
