2025 Chamber Choice Award Honorees
Bowman Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the 2025 Chamber Choice Award Honorees. Congratulations to the 2025 Business of the Year, ProPoint Cooperative Farm and Ranch Supply and the 2025 Volunteer of the Year, Beth Criswell. Both go above and beyond to make our community a great place to live, and we are lucky to have them!
ProPoint Cooperative Farm and Ranch Supply is a proud supporter of agriculture and the community, consistently going above and beyond in both areas. Their involvement in local events like the North Dakota High School Rodeo Finals and the Bowman County Fair highlights their enthusiasm and willingness to lend a hand. From sponsorships to hands-on help, they show up in every way possible.
ProPoint is deeply involved with 4-H and livestock shows and is always ready to support local fundraisers and benefits. Their team is known for exceptional customer service and dedication to helping producers in all seasons. Whether it’s a blizzard, calving season, or haying, they are there to meet the needs of their customers with care and commitment. Their willingness to go the extra mile has made them a trusted partner in the community.
ProPoint’s values reflect the best of small-town business: reliable, generous, and community-focused. They embody the spirit of rural North Dakota, where lending a hand is just part of doing business. The Business of the Year award recognizes a local business that positively impacts the community and demonstrates leadership in their industry. ProPoint Cooperative Farm and Ranch Supply does exactly that and more. Congratulations to ProPoint Cooperative Farm and Ranch Supply, our 2025 Business of the Year!
Beth Criswell is a passionate champion of Bowman County. Beth, Darren, and son Walker live in Bowman, where Beth is originally from. She graduated from NDSU; where she was a livestock judger. Her passion for judging led her to coach the Bowman County 4H and FFA Livestock Judging Teams. There has been success state-wide and on a national level for her groups, with Beth devoting many hours of her time to practice and driving teenagers to contests. She works with other 4H and FFA activities; and is a member of the Bowman County Fair Board, Bowman Area Chamber of Commerce Board, and Sunrise Foundation Board. Beth works as a loan officer at Dakota Western Bank. Beth’s ability to teach and be caring came naturally down the line from her grandfather to her mother; and her parents emphasizing how volunteering is so important in small communities. “We need each other to succeed.” The Volunteer of the Year is an individual who leads the way, serving their community by volunteering their time and talents to make Chamber sponsored events possible as well as giving to other organizations and causes. As the 2025 Volunteer of the Year, Beth exemplifies this and more. Join us as we extend a big thank you and congratulations to Beth Criswell our 2025 Volunteer of the Year!
