Phoenix Therapy Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) to join our growing team in Bowman, North Dakota. We’re a supportive and collaborative practice dedicated to helping individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive.

Position Overview
The Licensed Addiction Counselor will provide individual and group therapy to clients struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. This position offers the opportunity to work in a warm, client-centered environment that values professional growth, teamwork, and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family counseling for clients with substance use disorders.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete documentation in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other therapists and community providers to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and ethical standards.
Participate in case consultations and team meetings.

Qualifications
Current North Dakota LAC license (required).
Experience in substance use treatment or co-occurring disorders preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.
