Sewer Main Break Update: Today the broken sewer main will be explored with a sewer camera to assess the situation of the damaged sewer pipe. On Tuesday, December 2, MDU will be moving electrical and gas services which will affect four properties on the City Park block.
Once MDU has completed their piece of the project, the sewer contractor and the city crew will attempt the actual main replacement. The City Commissioners and City Staff would like to thank the property owners who have been affected by this sewer main break. Your patience and attention to conserving the amount of waste water is greatly appreciated.

A colorful cloud formed over James Field in Bowman last week.
Barbi Narum and other volunteers on Aug. 8 brought to the community a 5k Rainbow Run/Walk to support the youth of St. Charles Catholic Parish in Bowman.
A sea of white-shirted participants from all around the area gathered at 7 p.m. for the event, beginning at the field, wrapping through side streets, charging up towards Bowman’s butte and back down to the finish.
“The event was very successful,” Narum said. “It was the first year but we are hoping to make it an annual event.”
The money raised after expenses was approximately $4,500 and it will be used for the St. Charles Youth Pilgrimage to Rome and Assisi of June of 2015.Back
