The city attorney for the City of Bowman is a part time appointed position, and provides advice to the city commissioners and several city departments. The city attorney attends city meetings with the city commission as requested and review and drafts various legal documents, resolutions, contracts and ordinancesand prosecutes all violations of city ordinances.
